We want you to love your Sunday Cottage Lane purchase. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or simply changing your mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at our store contact email.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue so we can review it and work with our production partner to make it right.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate. You will not be responsible for return shipping for an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, orders are sent to production shortly after purchase. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered production.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Please Note

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges simply because an item does not fit, the wrong size or color was selected, or you no longer want the item. Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
